Realizační tím turnaje nám byl během celého procesu organizace tripu velmi nápomocný. Od hledání toho správného ubytování se speciálními cenami, skrze tuny otázek ohledně startu hráčů, cen služeb v Torontu, možnostech řídit auto, až po vyplňování našeho volného času výletem na Niagara falls, nebo návštěvu Hokejové síně slávy.
